Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering. Ability to quickly identify issues and apply solutions. Understanding of safety standards for high-voltage EV components. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of EV systems. Expertise in Battery Management System , Lithium-ion batteries, charging systems, and thermal management. Strong knowledge of EV electrical systems: motors, controllers, wiring harness, sensors, relays, and converters. Ability to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of electrical/electronic components. Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members. Good teamwork skills to coordinate with mechanical, service, and teams.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing faults or malfunctions by using special diagnostic tools to determine the extent of repair required. Performing routine maintenance on machinery to potential failures and maintain service report. Inspecting equipment for proper performance and detect faults and malfunctions. Cleaning and lubricating equipment and performing other routine maintenance work on machinery. Dismantling faulty equipment parts and installing new or fixed parts. Keeping reporting progress and issues to management. Advising clients or management on recommended equipment servicing and maintenance schedules. Acute knowledge of repairing of Transmission, Axles, Final drives, Hydraulic System and brake system.Also basic knowledge of auto electrical system as well as battery management system of Evs. Understanding fault codes of various systems related to the equipment. Following the safe operating procedure (SOP) of different task on equipment. Provide knowledge and educate operators about the daily routine maintenance and important parameters on instrument cluster. Advising customer for spare parts promotion and Service Scheme generation as Site Support / AMC

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
