Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain commercial kitchen electrical appliances (ovens, fryers, induction cooktops, grills, refrigerators, hot plates, etc.)
Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and replace damaged components.
Install new equipment and ensure proper electrical setup.
Maintain service logs, reports, and maintenance records.
Ensure all equipment is repaired as per safety and compliance standards.
Coordinate with kitchen teams and vendors for spare parts.
Attend emergency breakdowns and provide quick solutions.
Requirements:
Diploma/ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
4 years of experience repairing commercial kitchen or industrial electrical equipment.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and safety standards.
Ability to diagnose and fix issues independently.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Willing to travel to multiple kitchen locations if required.
Preferred:
Experience in cloud kitchen equipment servicing.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components in kitchen appliances.
