Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.

Team Management:

Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support.

Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing market share.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Sales Strategy Development:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Market Analysis:

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's electrical products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Reporting and Forecasting:

Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Channel Management:

Managing and optimizing the performance of distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

Training and Development:

Providing training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build rapport with customers.
