Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical sales team
Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Expand market presence and strengthen brand visibility
