About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Sales Engineers from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to begin their careers in technical sales within the electrical panel and industrial solutions industry. You will receive comprehensive training on our products, customer engagement, and sales processes to help you succeed in a client-facing, business development-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and promote DEC Industries' range of electrical panels, control systems, and related solutions to potential clients.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Support the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to explain technical specifications and solutions.

Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.

Maintain strong customer relationships by providing pre- and post-sales support.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to contribute to business growth strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, and control panel basics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Confidence in presenting technical information to clients and addressing queries.

Eagerness to learn sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market development strategies.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field) from a recognized institution.

Batch: 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-outs.

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or electrical industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
