Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all MEP systems.
Review tender documents and ensure compliance with UAE standards.
Manage budgets, variations, and subcontractor evaluations.
Coordinate with project teams for timely execution and cost control.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3-5 years of MEP QS experience (Electrical focus preferred).
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
Familiarity with UAE construction practices and FIDIC conditions.
