Job description \xc2\xb7 Excellent planning execution of the project activities of Transmission Line projects and Substation construction projects in the line with EHS Quality Management, Project Management Project Coordination in time. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with various statutory bodies for availing mandatory sanctions / permits / as well as obtaining permission for execution of project; skilled in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules and ensure that the targets are achieved within budget and time. \xc2\xb7 Material management: Material requirement quantity as per constriction/ erection stage wise submission of supply erection RA bills to concerned Electricity authority. \xc2\xb7 Detail knowledge about Testing and Commissioning of EHV SubStations (New and Augmentation work) \xc2\xb7 Planning and coordination of projects of Substations up to 400 KV EHV UG HT Cable. \xc2\xb7 Experience of Rural Electrification Works with all knowledge of Erection of 3 KV,11 KV, LT Lines, Distribution Transformer, DTR Installations, BPL Meter Connections, Survey, measurement etc. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in RGGVY, RAPDRP, HVDC, APDRP Projects execution including Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Substations up to 11 KV. \xc2\xb7 Must maintain project related documentation. Responsible for material reconciliation and joint measurement with Sub Contractor Clients. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Reviewing Technical Specifications, Electrical Design, Project Drawing, Safety of the Man Material and Machinery. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in cost saving methods. Mobilization of labour for project execution. Optimum utilization of resources \xc2\xb7 Allocation of work to sub-contractors periodical inspection as per bar chart. \xc2\xb7 Provide company management regular updates and maintain communication throughout regarding project schedule/status \xc2\xb7 Revenue planning of the projects and mapping the same within deadline time, Project progress planning and execution accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Coordination and planning with sub-contractors for execution of site works and fulfil safety compliances on daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Measurement sheet for the purpose of billing and reconciliation. \xc2\xb7 Regular follow up with clients for payment and other important documentation like drawing approvals, vendor approvals, inspections, dispatch clearance, manufacturing clearance, testing etc. \xc2\xb7 Site Progress tracking and proactively resolving issues involved in projects. \xc2\xb7 Revenue collection from each project as per the plan. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate project status tracking to facilitate project management reporting. \xc2\xb7 Project scheduling weekly and monthly. \xc2\xb7 MIS weekly report and submission to client.
