Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Electrical Project Head

with a minimum of

10 years of exclusive experience in residential electrical projects

. The candidate must be

currently working or previously worked as an Electrical Project Head

. Experience in any other domain such as maintenance, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects will

not be considered

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete electrical execution for residential projects. Planning, execution, monitoring, and control of electrical works at site. Coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams. Manage contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site engineers. Review and implement electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control. Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control. Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

10 years of experience strictly in residential electrical projects

. Must have experience

only as an Electrical Project Head

(other roles will not be considered). Experience in

maintenance, industrial, commercial, or other non-residential domains will not be considered

. Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple residential projects simultaneously.

Education Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Note:

Only candidates who have already worked as Electrical Project Head should apply.

Candidates with experience in domains other than residential projects will not be considered.
