The role involves managing electrical design execution, coordinating with architects and project teams, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring successful implementation of electrical systems for residential and commercial projects. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, site execution understanding, and effective coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
Oversee electrical design, planning, and project execution for residential & commercial developments.
Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Review and approve electrical layouts, SLDs, lighting plans, power distribution drawings, and ELV system layouts.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify installations, and resolve technical issues.
Prepare technical reports, load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project delivery.
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Validate shop drawings and as-built drawings from contractors.
Requirements
Education:
B Tech Electrical / BE in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent
Experience:
5+ years in electrical project engineering for residential & commercial projects
Software:
AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit / MS Project exposure is an advantage
Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical design & on-site execution
Knowledge of IS/IEC standards
Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
