We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Electrical Project Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and project management skills in executing industrial electrical projects. This role involves planning, designing, and overseeing electrical installations in turnkey industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Prepare detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones. Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.

2. Site Management & Supervision:

Supervise on-site installation activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor day-to-day site activities, manage work schedules, and coordinate with contractors and vendors. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution.

3. Client & Vendor Coordination:

Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical support and status updates throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure electrical components, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Prepare and review technical specifications for equipment and materials.

4. Testing & Commissioning:

Plan and conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. Prepare detailed commissioning reports and ensure all electrical systems function as intended. Ensure compliance with industry standards, electrical codes, and safety guidelines.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project reports, design drawings, and test results. Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols on-site.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in industrial or turnkey contracting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, switchgear, and industrial power distribution. Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit). Excellent understanding of Indian and international electrical codes and standards. Strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
