Job Description

1.

Project Planning & Execution

Review electrical designs, layouts, and BOQs for each project. Conduct site feasibility assessments prior to execution. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
2.

Material Management & Procurement

Estimate material requirements as per project scope. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely delivery. Ensure materials are available and tracked throughout the project.
3.

Team Supervision & Coordination

Assign daily tasks to site technicians and electricians. Monitor site workforce to maintain productivity, quality, and safety. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
4.

Client Communication & Reporting

Maintain regular communication with clients and consultants. Provide updates on project milestones, delays, and approvals. Arrange site visits and collect feedback for improvements.
5.

Testing & Commissioning

Oversee testing of electrical installations for safety and performance. Ensure commissioning is completed as per standards and client expectations. Address any post-installation issues and finalize documentation.
6.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain daily work logs, photographs, and completion records. Prepare and submit progress reports and billing documentation. Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and regulatory norms.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical drawings, and site execution Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on knowledge of LT/HT Panels, Transformers, RMUs, Cable Laying, and Electrical Testing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
