Work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team: electrical, mechanical, software/firmware, technical support, productivity engineers, and suppliers, on design, modification. Selection of Electrical & Electronics OEM components and materials for Power distribution, I/O Controllers, bench top carts setup, Sensors, Motors, Cables, PCBs etc. Creates electrical schematics and system based on requirements and creates/releases engineering drawings & bill of materials Learning about strategic product issues from Level 29 & above and ensures team members compliance with PDR/DDR process and driving continuous improvement of systems, products, and processes. Lead the development, and refinement of functional specifications for electrical systems and power distribution Learn Products, PDR processes & DFMEA principles and Owns PDR tasks/Simple sub-system/medium complex CIP/Medium complex designs using appropriate project management tools. Outstanding analysis and proven trouble-shooting skills and ability to drive functional requirements & execute in a dynamic team environment Mentors, coordinates & approves work executed from level 27 & below and coordinates with all stakeholders for work priorities/escalations
