Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Execution

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

to join our

Execution

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the E&M engineering aspects of the project, from installation to testing, should have experience of CPWD projects, commissioning, and project completion. The role involves execution of all subheads, timely measurement, client bill & contractor bill, reconciliation of material to meet the project timelines for completion and handover. They should have deep understanding of government specifications, regulatory frameworks, and project management in multiple sectors such as

, and others, you will be involved in every stage of project execution, designing, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Execute electrical and mechanical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules. Plan manpower, material, and equipment requirements for smooth execution.

Technical Supervision:

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, power distribution, lighting, etc.). Verify contractor works and ensure compliance with design and statutory requirements. Conduct inspections and prepare punch lists for incomplete or defective works.

Coordination:

Coordinate with design, procurement, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for site progress and approvals. Support procurement by providing BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure quality control by performing periodic audits of electrical work and ensuring it meets required quality standards. Verify that electrical materials and components used on-site comply with the project's quality specifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption, and site logs. Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and commissioning documentation.

Billing:

Preparation and Certification of RA bills monthly. Identification and preparation of extra items. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material. Responsible for verification of certified RA bills. Preparing all billing records and marinating them. Proper centering of bills without errors. Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a Monthly basis. Getting approval from the client.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Experience:

10 or above years of relevant experience in project execution (E&M works in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects).

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, layouts, and equipment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
