Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed

Electrical Team Head

to lead and manage all electrical operations, maintenance, and project activities. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable electrical systems across our sites and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical team in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. Plan, schedule, and execute electrical projects within deadlines and budgets. Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and energy management activities. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (IT, Mechanical, Operations, etc.) for smooth project execution. Prepare technical reports on equipment performance, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules. Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government bodies for inspections or approvals when required.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in electrical projects or maintenance, with at least

2 years

in a supervisory role.

License:

Must possess a

valid Electrical Supervisor License / Wireman License

approved by the Electrical Licensing Board.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution. Hands-on experience with fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. Familiarity with electrical drawings, load calculations, and testing equipment.
