Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Electrical Manager

to oversee and manage all electrical operations within our manufacturing facility, including renewable energy systems. The candidate must hold a valid

C License

and have hands-on experience with

transformers, windmills, solar panels, diesel generators, and electrical panels

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime through effective maintenance practices and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Electrical Maintenance

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant electrical equipment. Troubleshoot issues with motors, drives, control systems, PLCs, and industrial wiring.

2. Transformer Maintenance

Oversee inspection, oil filtration, testing, and servicing of power/distribution transformers. Ensure safety and performance through insulation checks, load testing, and cooling system maintenance.

3. Windmill (Wind Turbine) Maintenance

Coordinate routine and breakdown maintenance of wind turbines. Monitor turbine performance, troubleshoot faults, and liaise with wind energy service providers. Ensure safety protocols for high-altitude electrical work.

4. Solar Panel Maintenance

Maintain rooftop or ground-mounted solar systems including panel cleaning and inverter checks. Analyze generation reports and ensure maximum energy efficiency.

5. Diesel Generator (DG) Maintenance

Schedule regular maintenance and testing of DG sets to ensure emergency power readiness. Maintain fuel usage logs, service records, and compliance with emission norms.

6. Electrical Panels

Inspect, clean, and maintain LT/HT panels, MCCs, and distribution boards. Ensure safety interlocks and load balancing are functioning as required.

7. Licensing & Compliance

Must possess a valid C License

as per statutory and electrical board regulations. Ensure all electrical work complies with government safety and regulatory standards.

8. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians. Assign daily responsibilities and ensure completion of all scheduled tasks.

9. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain logs for equipment maintenance, energy usage, safety checks, and faults. Prepare periodic reports and support audits or inspections.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. 10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with renewable energy components.

C License (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and renewable energy integration.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in wind and solar energy systems. Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and energy management systems. Strong troubleshooting, planning, and safety enforcement skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
