Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Planning, organizing, and overseeing electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Team Leadership:
Recruiting, training, and managing electrical engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
System Design and Implementation:
Developing and implementing electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Ensuring the reliable operation of electrical systems through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
Budget Management:
Developing and managing the electrical department budget, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including other departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Preparing technical reports, documentation, and maintaining records of electrical systems and maintenance activities.
