Job Description

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). 8-12 years of experience in electrical operations, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Location: Electronic City 1st phase Good English & Kannada knowledge Ready to work in morning or general shifts Hands-on experience managing electrical operations in IT Parks, SEZs, industrial facilities, or large commercial complexes.

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

Manage and oversee daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems (HT, LT, DG, UPS, transformers, panels, etc.). Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and minimize equipment downtime. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

2. Team & Site Management

Lead, guide, and supervise site electrical teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability. Allocate responsibilities, monitor work execution, and provide technical direction to engineers and technicians. Coordinate with other facility management teams to ensure smooth site operations.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all electrical-related matters at the site. Address client requirements, feedback, and concerns promptly. Conduct regular review meetings with clients to present service performance and discuss enhancements.

4. Project Management

Plan, lead, and execute electrical projects including upgrades, retrofits, and expansions. Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and budget. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution. Identify risks and implement mitigation measures during project lifecycle
