Plan, manage, and supervise all electrical activities related to industrial automation projects.
Lead and guide a team of electrical engineers, supervisors, and technicians at site and office.
Design, review, and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts (Power, Control, Earthing, Lighting).
Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Coordinate with PLC, SCADA, Robotics, and Instrumentation teams for smooth system integration.
Manage electrical panels such as MCC, PCC, VFD panels, PLC panels, and control panels.
Ensure compliance with Indian electrical standards (IS, IEC) and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical clarifications and approvals.
Monitor project timelines, manpower planning, and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Support commissioning, FAT, SAT, and handover activities.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation projects.
Hands-on experience with PLC panels, VFDs, Servo drives, Motors, and Control wiring.
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
Experience in electrical load calculation, cable sizing, and protection systems.
Familiarity with robotics and automation systems is an added advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN or similar electrical design tools.
