To support our facility's continuous operation, we are hiring experienced technicians for high-voltage maintenance roles.

Job Purpose:

To ensure uninterrupted power supply and safe, efficient functioning of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems in the plant by executing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on high-voltage systems (11kV/33kV), HT panels, transformers, RMUs, and related infrastructure. Carry out inspections, insulation testing (Megger), earth resistance testing, and panel servicing. Operate and maintain VCBs, ACBs, HT switchgear, control panels, and capacitor banks. Monitor power consumption, identify load imbalances, and take corrective actions as required. Follow electrical safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE compliance, and permit-to-work systems. Report faults and assist in the troubleshooting of electrical breakdowns in machinery and utilities (motors, drives, compressors, etc.). Maintain daily logbooks, equipment history cards, and service records accurately. Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and upgrades. Coordinate with shift engineers and production teams for minimal downtime during maintenance. Support internal audits and 5S, TPM, ISO, and safety initiatives on the shop floor.
