Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance, inspect electrical components, and troubleshoot and repair faulty systems, equipment, and wiring.
Installation:
Install new electrical systems and components according to blueprints and schematics.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using specialized tools like multimeters, cable testers, and ammeters.
Compliance:
Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and national codes and safety standards.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Collaboration:
Work with other maintenance staff and engineers on complex projects and to minimize operational disruptions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
