Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rajhans Enterprises. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician focused on machine maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our machinery and equipment\'s smooth operation and reliability. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems of machines, including motors, control panels, PLCs, and sensors.
• Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential machine malfunctions before they occur.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand machine requirements and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and repairs made.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine electrical maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician, specifically in machine maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and PLC programming.
• Proficient in using testing and diagnostic equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulations related to machine maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
