Key Responsibilities

:

? Supervise and manage electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at site locations. ? Conduct troubleshooting and repair of 1 Phase and 3 Phase equipment, including motors, stabilizers, and transformers. ? Provide guidance on electrical components and systems (e.g., alternators, switches, relays). ? Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics accurately. ? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site. ? Maintain detailed documentation of all electrical data for each equipment and provide daily reports to the Head Office. ? Organize and track all documentation, including service reports and service history of each machine. ? Assist and educate operators & ite supervisor on basic repair techniques through on-site and mobile support. ? Order and manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment. ? Collaborate with management to advise on the suitability of equipment and necessary upgrades. ? Construct and fabricate electrical components as per specifications using hand tools. ? Travel to various sites as required, ensuring effective oversight and support. ? This position may require working in various environments and conditions, including on site at construction or operational locations. ? Must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. ? Quick and creative problem-solving abilities. ? Punctual and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow instructions. ? Excellent organizational and documentation skills. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Effective time management skills, able to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments. ? Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information. ? Willingness to learn and take initiative in new challenges. ? Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

? Knowledge of AC & DC voltage, current, resistance, and wiring of 3/4/5/6 core cables. ? Proficiency in using electrical testing and measuring tools, including multi-meters and soldering equipment. ? Understanding of electrical safety standards and practices. ? Experience in assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic systems. ? Ability to lead a team and maintain a collaborative work environment. ? Basic knowledge of E-CAD software is an advantage. ? Ready to travel for on-field and off-field work as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
