Position: Electrical Maintenance

Location: Pillaiyarkuppam, Bahour, Puducherry

Interview Mode: Direct Face-to-Face Interview ( Immediate joiner preferred)

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all electrical engineering projects within the manufacturing plant. Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations. Plan, design, and implement electrical systems and components. Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical requirements are met. Develop and manage the electrical department budget. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor electrical engineering staff. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations. Experience in designing and implementing industrial electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
