Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLCs and a background in metal industries, preferably in copper and copper alloys manufacturing. This role requires expertise in managing a 66kVA substation, knowledge of rooftop solar power, and a strong understanding of automation and power consumption optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee electrical maintenance activities for the manufacturing plant. Ensure the efficient operation of SIEMENS PLC systems and related automation equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot 66kVA substation equipment. Implement and maintain rooftop solar power systems. Optimize power consumption and implement the latest upgrades to reduce energy usage. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLCs in a manufacturing setting. Experience in the metal industry, preferably with copper and copper alloys. Proven experience in managing 66kVA substation equipment. Knowledge of rooftop solar power systems. Strong understanding of automation and power consumption optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
