1. Every Record of Plant Maintenance

2. Handling ERP software (Maintenance Department)

3. Team Handling and Training

4. Raise material issue request slip through the ERP system

5. Preventive Maintenance Schedule Through ERP system and actual

6. Breakdown Call Attending Through the ERP system

7. Breakdown Intimation Slip Attending Through the ERP system

8. Add the Machine to the Schedule Through the ERP system

9. Create Machine Preventive Maintenance Code in the ERP system (PM CODE )

10. Create Machine Code in ERP System (Machine Master )

11. Create Machine PM Code In the Schedule

12. Machine Handover & Installation Document Record.

13. All Type Of Vendor Follow-Up For Registration & Material & Payment.

14. Understand The New Machinery Operating system and maintenance.

15. Guide To Operator & Supervisor For New Machine Operating System.

16. Record Electric Meter Reading.

17. Raise Purchase Indent as per Requirement & Follow up

18. New Projects, construction, Installation and Handling

19 Electrical and mechanical spares MSL

20 All plant cabling and accessories should be proper

21 Motor overhauling and servicing

22 MSEDCL all compliance

23 Maintaining Solar power generation on a daily basis.

24 Electrical and mechanical instrument calibration and records

25 Issue request, indent, Preventive maintenance and records, breakdown records, assets entry, etc.

26 Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, and Half yearly maintenance and records

27 Handling ERP software (Maintenance Department)

28 Fix Assets records and history of each piece of equipment

29 All equipment motors details are to be recorded
