Job Description

1. Electrical Maintenance Operations

Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and utilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, drives (VFDs), PLC systems, and control panels.
Monitor performance of electrical systems to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
2. Supervision & Team Handling

Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
Assign tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.
Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety within the maintenance department.
3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists.
Analyze maintenance data to predict potential failures and prevent unplanned downtime.
4. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, IS, OSHA) and company policies.
Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments regularly.
Promote safe work practices and proper use of PPE across the team.
5. Installation & Project Support

Supervise electrical installations, wiring, and commissioning of new machines or utilities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for external maintenance services.
Support automation and energy-efficiency improvement projects.
6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Generate daily and monthly maintenance performance reports for management review.
Track maintenance KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

Pay: ₹837,310.20 - ₹900,803.78 per year
