Job Description

Position: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical (Foundry)Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems and foundry equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain: Induction furnaces (power packs, coils, control systems) MCC/PLC panels, VFDs, motors Compressors, DG sets, cooling towers Electrical systems for moulding lines & sand plant Improve electrical system reliability by

monitoring MTTR

and

increasing MTBF

of critical equipment. Perform energy monitoring and electrical safety checks. Manage electrical spares, sensors, breakers, and automation components. Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory requirements.

MTBF & MTTR Analysis Report (Electrical)

Induction Furnace Health & Energy Consumption Report

Electrical Spares Usage Report

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in

Electrical Engineering

.

5-8 years of electrical maintenance experience in a Cast Iron / SG Iron foundry.

Strong knowledge of induction furnace maintenance, PLCs, VFDs, MCC systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience with energy management, safety systems, and electrical audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
