Job Summary:

We are hiring

Diploma and ITI freshers

in Electrical for our

plant in Erode

. The selected candidates will assist in maintenance and repair of electrical systems and learn industrial maintenance activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment Assist in inspection of electrical panels, machines, and wiring Learn to identify and report faults or irregularities Follow safety protocols during maintenance work Support in daily checklist maintenance and reporting Work in coordination with senior technicians and supervisors

Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components Willingness to work in long shifts and physically demanding tasks Basic knowledge of safety rules and PPE usage Team spirit and ability to follow instructions Eagerness to learn and grow in industrial maintenance

Growth Opportunity:

On-the-job training will be provided. Based on performance, the candidate can be promoted to
