Position Title: Electrical Maintenance - Engineer / Technician

Location : Urla, Raipur

Department: Engineering

Reporting To: Maintenance Head / Plant Head

1. Purpose of the Role

To maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure reliable electrical performance of all plant machinery and

utilities to support uninterrupted production.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

? Perform routine preventive maintenance for all electrical panels, motors, control systems,

AC drives, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, and wiring.

? Attend electrical breakdowns immediately and restore operation safely.

B. Utility Equipment Handling

? Maintain DG set, compressor, HVAC, process fans, dust collectors, pneumatic systems, and

lighting.

? Monitor energy usage and ensure electrical safety compliance.

C. Documentation & Compliance

? Maintain maintenance logbooks, AMC records, spare consumption, and calibration

documents.

? Ensure statutory compliance--earthing, electrical load monitoring, safety interlocks.

D. Safety & Improvements

? Ensure lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), PPE, and safe work procedures.

? Suggest and implement energy-saving and automation upgrades.

3. Qualifications & Skills

? ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.

? 3-8+ years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.

? Hands-on expertise in motors, drives, control panels, PLC basics.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
