Designation/Role: Maintenance Engineer Electrical
Reporting to: Maintenance Head
Job Locations: Sanand
Qualification: Electrical
II) Required Skills / Competencies:
1. Planning, predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance schedule of machines and responsible for shop floor as
well as utility.
2. Knowledge of Electrical and Electronics.
3. Knowledge of trouble shooting Electrical plus basis Mechanical breakdown.
4. Aware of Drive control like Attesi, beck Hoff wafios Siemens Mitsubishi.
5. Aware of Electrical audit related document.
III) Responsibilities:
1. Should be able to work on PLC.
2. Responsible for preventive maintenance, productive maintenance and maintenance preventive concepts
implementation.
3. Execution of Electrical maintenance as per plan and in alignment with standard.
4. Monitoring of measure such as MTBF, MTTR and analysis of the down time using tools why- why analysis etc.
5. Planned and break down maintenance of utilities such as Air compressor, chiller, LPG storage facility, nitrogen
storage facility, DG set, HT and LT supply peripheral.
6. Knowledge of electrical circuit and drawing.
7. Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares
8. PLC hand on experience AB, Siemens, Beck Hoff.
IV) Authorities:
1. Handling shift individually.
2. Making legal document for electrical inspection and electrical audit relate.
3. Planning work, scheduling maintenance activities.
4. Spare part management Electrical and electronics parts
