Qulification. Dip/ BE ElectricalExpierence in food beverage/Liqour/pharma companyfor AasImplementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Analysis of machine breakdowns, improve plant OE, Cost saving and efficiency increasing projects, continuous analysis, and improvement of the system for better productivity.Planning Preventive Maintenance of Utility Equipments which included:Boiler,205 CFM Non lubricated Screw Air compressor's, Desiccant type and Refrigerated type Air Driers, Chillers, Cooling Tower's, 500 & 725 KVA Diesel Generator, Centrifugal, Reciprocating type of Pumps.Maintenance of Production and Packing equipment's which includes, Bottle Washing Machine, Filling and Sealing Machine, Inspection Machine, labelling machine, Cartonator, Blister Packing Machine, Vacuum Pumps, Conveyor belts etc.Maintaining and Monitoring of Water System which includes Bore well's, Dosing Pumps, Demineralization Plant, Ultra Purification, Purified Water System, The Water System has a SCADA which generates online reports of the various parameters to be monitored.Maintaining and Monitoring of HVAC system, Air Handling Units,Validation of the HVAC System and Laminar flow units which included preparation of revalidation protocols, Air velocity measurement, Filter integrity Testing, Particle count measurement etc.Preparation of SOP's, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, IQ, OQ, PQ of Engineering related Equipments, Preparation Training files, Job responsibility's, Change Control Protocol, Work Request, and other QA related documentation.Help in maintaining spare parts inventory in Engineering stores, and standardization of machine spares.sistant manager manager maintanance Dip/BE Electrical engineerJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
