Education

- BE Electrical /DEE with Govt Electrical License

Experience

- 8 to 10 Years Experience in Press Shop as Electrical

Maintenance Engineer duties and responsibilities

? Preventive , Predictive, Overhauling and Breakdown Maintenance of all

Equipment's

? Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment. As per

Preventive Maintenance Plan

? Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Robots etc is must

? Installation and Starting up of New Equipment's

? Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.

? Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.

? Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.

? Zero Breakdown of Machines

? TPM Implementation

? PLC Repair

? Industry 4.0 Integration & Automation

? IATF TS16949 QMS System Knowledge

? Government Electrical License is must

? Spare Parts Management and cost Reduction

? AMC management

? Suppliers development for Maintenance spares

? SAP data entry

? ISO 14000 and ISO 45001knowladge with Sustainability Environment Projects

& Safety in Plant

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
