Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, breakdowns, and power distribution issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes. Assist in planning and execution of electrical upgrades, retrofits, and new installations. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

7 years of hands-on experience

in electrical maintenance. Previous experience in a

manufacturing plant or industrial environment

is a strong advantage. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, PLCs, motors, transformers, and power distribution. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
