to support electrical maintenance activities in our garment manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of machines, preventive maintenance, and quick breakdown resolution. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
Perform routine electrical maintenance of garment machinery such as sewing machines, cutting machines, ironing/pressing equipment, compressors, and utilities.
Attend electrical breakdowns and restore machines with minimum downtime.
Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and electrical panels.
Preventive Maintenance
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, lighting systems, and power distribution.
Identify potential electrical issues and take corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety standards and company safety policies.
Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and safe working practices.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily maintenance logs and breakdown records.
Support audits related to electrical safety and maintenance.
Team Support
Work closely with production, mechanical, and utility teams.
Learn and support automation or PLC-related tasks (if applicable).
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Weekly off as per company policy
