Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of electrical components: contactors, relays, panels, and electrical drawings Hands-on experience with

Laser Welding and Laser Cutting Machine Maintenance

Familiarity with

Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop

is a plus Proficient in handling various

welding processes

Knowledge and implementation of

5S practices

on the shop floor Preferred background in

CNC Laser Welding and Cutting Machine Maintenance

Functional Responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Plan and execute maintenance for CNC Laser Welding/Cutting machines, CNC Press Brake, Shearing Machines, Portable Welding Machines, and Utility Equipment (Compressor, EOT Crane, UPS, DG Set, 11KV Substation)

Electrical Breakdown Management

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues across CNC machines and utility systems

Monitoring & Record Keeping

Daily tracking of gas levels and utility equipment readings Maintain logs and reports for audits and operational efficiency

Inventory Management

Track and manage consumable and critical spare parts inventory

Technical & Creative Problem Solving

Apply innovative solutions to recurring maintenance challenges

5S Implementation

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the Maintenance Department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
