Job Description

• Operate, monitor, and maintain plant utilities and facility equipment including:

• Air Compressors
• Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
• Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
• Chillers and Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Perform daily shift operations and maintenance activities.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions for operations and maintenance.
• Support fire protection and monitoring systems in compliance with Site Safety and GMP standards.
• Assist in writing Job Aids and support engineers in drafting SOPs.
• Execute work orders and record job completion using the MAXIMO system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other tasks as directed by the Engineer.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards within the work area.
• Document breakdowns and maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures exceeding 1 hour, in collaboration with the team.
• Lead spares management and control activities.
