:This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 850000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 8.5-9 LPA)Min Experience: 5 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeWe are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves managing electrical equipment across multiple sites, ensuring optimal system performance, and executing necessary repairs and upgrades.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, AC drives/VFDs, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and testing of electrical panel systems.
• Manage switchgear operations and ensure proper functioning of electrical switchboards.
• Design and update Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for various electrical systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis on electrical faults and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and minimize downtime.
• Support electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects across multiple units.
• Lead or assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all electrical maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to detect and address potential electrical hazards.
• Travel approximately 60% of the time to provide on-site support across different units.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (BE).
• 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance engineering, preferably in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical motors, AC drives/VFDs, transformers, and switchgear systems.
• Experience in electrical panel design, installation, and testing.
• Proficient in creating and interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment maintenance protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team coordination.
• Willingness to travel frequently (around 60%) to support various units.

• Experience with automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of energy management and efficiency improvement techniques.
• Understanding of electrical system standards and regulatory compliance.
