A leading retail industry in Madurai is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to handle electrical maintenance, repair, and installation works . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems, lighting, and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in the showroom
Troubleshoot electrical faults in lighting, power points, and equipment
Maintain LED lights, display boards, AC power connections, and panels
Check wiring, MCB, DB panels, and earthing systems
Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
Support in new electrical installations during expansion or renovation
Ensure electrical work complies with safety standards
Maintain work log and report issues to management
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 1 + years in electrical maintenance (Retail / Commercial preferred)
Required Skill Set
Electrical wiring & panel board knowledge
Fault finding & troubleshooting skills
MCB, DB, earthing & cable management
Lighting systems & LED display maintenance
Knowledge of safety standards & PPE
Preventive maintenance
Basic tools handling (Tester, Multimeter, Clamp meter)
Documentation & reporting
