To plan, develop, and organize the construction e₹ort to formulate the most cost-e₹ective plan for timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
De₹ne clear roles & and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction and installation durations and resource requirements.
Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented and variation notifications are issued on time as per Contract terms and conditions
Ensure efficient and effective planning of products, materials and services delivered by vendors, subcontractors
Coordinate communication between Client, Vendors, subcontractors and Company's different teams for effective execution of project construction activities.
Ensure that any subcontractors' and own team are complying with all administrative processes: timesheet adherence, Activity Reporting, overtime, and travel time control
Put in place a relevant management system to ensure perfect collaboration and team collective dynamic
Assess competency gaps and manage training needs of own team but also technicians employed by Subcontractors and Partners,
Monitor and report to the Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company management.
Education & Qualifications
University Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation or Similar Degree.
Fluency in Spoken and Written English
Should be well experienced in use of MS office and power point presentation
Good technical knowledge and experience in using E&I Project Planning Tools, Reporting Packages, Testing equipment etc
