Job Description

Assemble, install, and integrate electrical components, wiring, panels, motors, and control systems in machinery. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to perform assembly accurately. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning. Coordinate with Mechanical Assembly, Production, and QC teams to ensure smooth machine assembly and operation. Ensure all assemblies meet safety, quality, and operational standards. Maintain tools, testing instruments, and electrical equipment in proper working condition. Document and report assembly progress, issues, and improvements to the Manager - Production. Support continuous improvement initiatives in electrical assembly processes and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior electrical assembly technicians on proper techniques, safety, and best practices. Adhere to company safety standards, statutory regulations, and housekeeping norms on the shop floor.
