Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain

induction heating equipment

and associated electrical systems. Carry out

wiring, cabling, and termination

of induction heater panels, coils, and control systems. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

on induction furnaces/heaters. Diagnose and troubleshoot

electrical faults

in power supply, control circuits, and PLC interfaces. Ensure compliance with

safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures

. Support commissioning, testing, and calibration of induction heating systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

or equivalent. Proven experience as an

Electrical Fitter / Technician

in heavy machinery or induction heating systems. Strong knowledge of

power electronics, transformers, and high-frequency circuits

. Ability to read and interpret

electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

. Hands-on experience with

switchgear, contactors, relays, and PLC-based control systems

. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience

2-5 years of experience in

induction heater/furnace installation and maintenance

. Familiarity with

cooling systems, water circulation, and safety interlocks

. Exposure to

industrial automation and instrumentation

is an advantage.
