Field Service Engineer, will attend Service calls.
Travel to customer locations to service equipment
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide training and support to customers on how to operate and maintain equipment
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Manage customer satisfaction through effectively meeting customer needs and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Ensure the safe use of equipment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Collaborate with technical teams and share information across the organization
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and AMC coordination (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC basics, and automation.
Hands-on experience with maintenance tools, testing instruments, and fault diagnosis.
Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Awareness of safety standards and statutory electrical codes.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for onsite maintenance.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.
