Review electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Perform quantity take-off (QTO), material take-off (MTO), and prepare BOQs.
Estimate costs for electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, lighting, power, cabling, and ELV systems.
Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare cost comparisons, technical submittals, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications.
Ensure estimates align with project requirements, codes, and standards.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in electrical estimation (MEP/Construction/Industrial preferred).
Strong knowledge of electrical materials, standards, and installation practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/tendering tools.
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
