Job Responsibilities:

To review the tender documents, prepare the technical query and submit to the client & consultant Supervises and trains estimators to assist them in the preparation of estimates and bids To maintaining the estimating cost data base to ensure costs are up to date. To Attend the pre-tender meeting, commercial negotiation meeting with the client Send the inquiry to the respective vendor and follow up with the pricing. To Consults with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers on regulars basis to discuss and formulate estimates, effect cost reductions, and resolve issues. To prepare the commercial offer and technical offer. Preparation of price comparison reports To Work with the operations team throughout the preconstruction process in reviewing plans and specifications for constructability issues and determining general requirements on the projects Quantity measurement, prepare the cable schedule and earthing schedule in the lum sum project. Fill the PQ and prepare the respective documents. Prepare the project schedule (in MSP), Manpower, material delivery schedule, and PowerPoint presentation. maintaining the estimating cost data base to ensure costs are up to date. Coordinate with the estimation team and appoint them to work on a new project. Support the procurement team after awarding the project. Resolve the query to the site team after awarding the project.

Qualification & preferred Skills:

BE/Diploma Electrical,

with 7 years and above experience in construction management or equivalent field experience

Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

Excellent Teamwork & Leadership skills.

IT Skills - MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.

Excellent in organising &documentation skill

Ability to travel extensively and perform site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per month
