Job Description

Experience in Sugar and Cogeneration plant

Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Manages all facets of inspections and surveys for electrical systems, environmental compliance, accessibility compliance, acquisition and third party surveys.

Supervises and reviews all technical operations for electrical system equipment replacement and conversions.

Develops and provides for ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures, hazardous materials communications plan, preventive maintenance programs, budget operating costs estimates and comparisons.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical wiring / circuitry problems.

Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed

Reviews historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing and preventive maintenance schedule.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
