Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Experience(3-6 years) in MEP project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with project management software.
Key Responsibilities
:
Review construction drawings and ensure goods match specifications.
Coordinate project scheduling and monitor progress.
Approve method statements for tasks like conduit laying and switchboard fixing.
Conduct regular site visits to track construction progress.
Approve vendors for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.
Prepare and update the detailed construction program.
Review and issue Requests for Information (RFI) and checklists.
Approve rates and claims for additional work outside the BOQ.
Coordinate with MEP contractors to resolve installation issues.
Attend meetings with clients and contractors for technical discussions.
Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
Inspect MEP work on-site according to shop drawings and methods.
