Working days and working time : 6 days, Morning 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Years of experience: 7 - 10 years in reputed company

Education Qualification: Diploma in Engineering

Job role (Responsibility) 1. Design and Development:

- Design electrical systems, circuits, and

components

- Develop and test electrical prototypes

- Create and review technical

specifications and documentation

2. Project Management:

- Plan and manage electrical engineering

projects

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams

(e.g., mechanical, software)

- Ensure projects are completed on time,

within budget, and to specifications

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct electrical testing and

troubleshooting

- Develop and implement quality control

procedures

- Ensure compliance with safety standards

and regulations

4. Installation and Maintenance:

- Oversee installation of electrical systems

and equipment

- Perform routine maintenance and

repairs

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical

issues

5. Research and Development:

- Stay up-to-date with emerging

technologies and trends

- Conduct research and development to

improve electrical systems and processes

- Collaborate with other engineers and

experts to advance knowledge

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure electrical systems meet safety

standards and regulations

- Conduct risk assessments and implement

mitigation measures

- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and

industry organizations

7. Team Management and Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor junior engineers and

technicians

- Provide guidance and training on

electrical engineering principles and

practices

- Foster a culture of innovation and

continuous learning

8. Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate technical information to

non-technical stakeholders

- Collaborate with other departments

(e.g., sales, marketing, operations)

- Present project updates and results to

management and clients

9. Budgeting and Cost Estimation:

- Estimate costs and develop budgets for

electrical engineering projects

- Manage expenses and ensure cost-

effectiveness

10. Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain technical

documentation and records

- Prepare reports on project progress, test

results, and technical findings
