We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Electrical Engineer

with hands-on experience in industrial / manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of electrical systems and machinery at the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, drives, and production machines. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults and wiring issues. Monitor power distribution, load management, and energy consumption. Support installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical equipment. Maintain documentation of maintenance records, checklists, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations. Coordinate with the production and maintenance team for smooth operations. Assist in planning electrical upgrades and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / industrial plant environment. Knowledge of electrical panels, PLC basics, motors, VFDs, and control circuits. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in steel / metal / heavy manufacturing industry. Ability to work in 12 hours shift and handle on-site maintenance requirements. Good teamwork and communication skills.
