Plan, execute, and supervise electrical works for building construction projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Prepare and review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, load calculations, and technical specifications.
Supervise site electrical installations such as wiring, earthing, lighting, panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor contractor activities, quality of work, timelines, and material usage at site.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems as per project requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and local electricity authority norms.
Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues and ensure timely completion of works.
Maintain site documentation, drawings, progress reports, and as-built records.
