Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and implement electrical systems for

interior fit-outs

(commercial, residential, hospitality, corporate spaces) and

civil construction projects

(buildings, infrastructure). Prepare electrical drawings, load schedules, BOQs, and technical specifications in coordination with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers. Supervise on-site electrical installations including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, data/communication, earthing, and other related systems. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution within budget. Monitor safety standards, statutory compliances, and ensure adherence to local building codes and electrical regulations. Handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for both interior and large-scale construction projects. Maintain project records, progress reports, and as-built documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 7-10 years of proven experience in

electrical works related to interior fit-out projects and civil construction sites.

Strong understanding of electrical design, MEP services coordination, and site execution. Knowledge of electrical safety norms, IS codes, and regulatory approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical calculation/design software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
